Last Day to Register, Add or Drop With No Record for Winter Quarter 2019

Due to the unexpected snow and weather-related closures, the following changes are being made to Winter Quarter 2020 enrollment deadlines:
Students will now have until 4:30 PM, Friday, January 24, 2020, to drop their classes with no record on their transcript.

Students who drop their classes during this time period will receive 50% of their tuition in the form of a refund. (This is the refund amount that is always in effect during the second and third weeks of the quarter). 

Students who withdraw from classes after 4:30 PM, Friday, January 24 will receive a “W” grade on their transcript and no refund. Last day to drop with a W or change to an audit with instructor permission is February 28th, 2020, 4:30pm.

Students can drop classes in person with Enrollment Services during normal business hours or can submit an Unusual Circumstances Withdrawal form to registration@everettcc.edu. 

There is a selection of late-start classes that are available to registration. Go to EvCC's Class Schedule and choose “early/late start date”

While these late-start classes do not require permission to register, you do have to handle it via Enrollment Services, either in person or by completing the Add/Drop form.
