EvCC is closed today for New Year's Day. 

Instructors turn in Winter 2024 grades by noon on March 19. Grades are due to be posted to student transcripts on March 20.

Final exams for Winter 2024 classes take place March 12-15. See the final exam schedule and talk to your instructors if you have questions.

Today is the last day of Winter 2024 classes.

The deadline to drop with a W or change to an audit for any Winter 2024 class is 11:59 p.m. Feb. 23.

The deadline to make changes to residency for Winter quarter 2024 is Jan. 31 (30th calendar day).

The deadline to register, add a class (with written instructor permission), or drop a class without record is 11:59 p.m. Jan. 16 (10th day of the quarter). 

The deadline to set up a Tuition Payment Plan for Winter 2024 tuition and fees is 11:59 p.m. Jan. 8. 

The deadline for a 100% refund for Winter 2024 classes is 11:59 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8.
