The Ocean Research College Academy (ORCA) is now located in expanded new facilities on the Everett waterfront. ORCA is on the second floor to the North in the Port of Everett Waterfront Center. Please park in the lot across from the flag pole on the North side of the building with the boatyard canopy or in the Waterfront Center Overflow gravel lot.
To reach us from I-5 Southbound
- Take Exit 198 and follow the highway south.
- Immediately after crossing the bridge as you enter Everett, take the right hand exit to Marine View Drive.
- Follow Marine View Drive to the waterfront and turn right at 13th Street.
- Turn right on Craftsman Way. The building is on your immediate right as you turn.
To reach us from I-5 Northbound
- Take Exit 195 and turn left off the exit onto East Marine View Drive/East Grand.
- Continue just over three miles to the waterfront and turn right at 13th Street.
- Turn right on Craftsman Way. The building is on your immediate right as you turn.
To reach us from US 2 Westbound
- Head West on the U.S. Highway 2 from Lake Stevens/Snohomish
- Take the exit toward Northbound I-5
- Take Exit 195 and turn left off the exit onto East Marine View Drive/East Grand.
- Continue just over three miles to the waterfront and turn right at 13th Street.
- Turn right on Craftsman Way. The building is on your immediate right as you turn.
To reach us from downtown Everett
- Take Everett Avenue west to West Marine View Drive and turn right.
- Follow Marine View Drive to the waterfront past the Naval Station and turn left at 13th Street.
- Turn right on Craftsman Way. The building is on your immediate right as you turn.
