Yoga De-stress - “ Be a Warrior not a Worrier”

Whether you’ve never done a yoga pose before in your life or you’re a seasoned yoga master, we all get a little stressed out! Hop on Zoom to join Sophia Dodd on November 18th from 7pm-8pm for an hour long yoga class to release all of that tension out of your body. Designed to get your body in touch with your mind through the use of breathing exercises, realignment, and balance, this class is suitable for all. Yoga is the perfect activity to relax your mind and body after class. All you need to bring is yourself and a small area of space. Yoga has proven to improve sleep, relieve anxiety, and improve heart health. Overall, the low energy and soothing atmosphere is a perfect way to reboot and gear up for finals week.
