STAFF AVAILABILITY
- We will be closed on May 24, 2024.
The CDS Office on Campus in Parks 268 is open for in-person services:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
CDS Virtual Zoom Office Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
FACULTY NOTIFICATION LETTERS
- Faculty Notification Letters start going out about one week before classes start. Letters are sent out daily after that until the end of the quarter for new accommodation requests!
- For all classes, we send out digital accommodation letters. Instead of meeting with your instructor during office hours, we recommend emailing your instructor to discuss how your accommodations can be implemented in the class. You can view your letter and much more information when you log into AccessPortal using your campus login credentials.

- If you have students requesting an accommodation to record the lecture and you would like your students to complete the Recording Agreement for their Lecture Capture Accommodation, please check out the Recording Agreement Process Guide.
IN-PERSON EXAMS
Please schedule your exam in AccessPortal as soon as you have the days for the exam, at least one week in advance.
Exams may be scheduled:
- Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Or outside of these hours by special appointment.
- Please let us know if you need to make a special appointment for your exam so we can be sure staff is scheduled to proctor.
