Everett Community College uses Accessible Information Management (AIM) to support student accommodations. The student-facing part of the AIM application is AccessPortal Student Login, and the faculty-facing part is AccessPortal Faculty Login.

CDS Office News and Updates
FALL 2025 STAFF AVAILABILITY
- CDS Office Closed, 9:15 to 10:45 AM, Friday, November 21, 2025, for Staff Training
- We will be closed on November 27 & 28, 2025 (Thanksgiving Holiday)
The CDS Office, located on Campus in Parks 268, is open for in-person services:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Fridays: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
CDS Virtual Zoom Office Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
FACULTY NOTIFICATION LETTERS
- CDS sends digital Faculty Notification Letters (FNLs) to instructors about one week before a new quarter begins. For newly approved accommodations, FNLs are sent daily through the end of the quarter!
- Digital FNLs are issued for all classes after a student requests to use approved accommodations in the Student AccessPortal. We recommend emailing your instructor, rather than meeting during office hours, to discuss how your accommodations can be implemented in the class. You can view your FNL and learn more information by logging into the Student AccessPortal using your EvCC login credentials.
- Instructors: Log into the Faculty AccessPortal and acknowledge the FNLs.
- Instructors: If in the FNL, a student is approved for accommodation to record lectures or Lecture Capture, you may ask them to complete the Recording Agreement for their Lecture Capture Accommodation. To learn more, please check out the Recording Agreement Process Guide.
IN-PERSON EXAMS
Students: Please schedule your exam in AccessPortal at least one week in advance or once you have the exam dates confirmed by your instructor.
Fall 2025 Quarter Tests/Exams may be scheduled as follows:
- Monday - Thursday: Start Time 8:00 a.m. - End Time: 6:00 p.m.
- Friday: Start Time 9:00 a.m. - End Time: 5:00 p.m.
- You may request to schedule outside of these days or hours by special approval or appointment.
- Please let us know if you need to make a special appointment for your exam so we can ensure staffing is sufficient and available to proctor it.
