Earth Week: April 25th, Annual Plant Swap & Re-Potting Event

April 25th, Annual Plant Swap & Re-potting event: WHI 249 & outdoor plaza

Working with WSU & SEA club, the EvCC Sustainability department will be hosting our annual Plant Swap! This popular event is where the campus community can get free plants or swap ones they have with another type. This year we will also be having an event in the Whitehorse plaza where participants can re-pot plant starts and take them home. Come join the fun and take home a new leafy friend!

Earth Week: Tree Planting Event

EvCC Tree Planting with SnoCo Conservation District. Join the EvCC Sustainability office. SEA Club and the Snohomish County Conservation District for a tree planting event on the Index Lawn. We will be planting trees donated by SnoCo in the planting beds. Tools, PPE and materials will be provided so come join the fun!

Earth Week: April 23rd: Solar/ Renewable Energy & Environmental Issues

April 23rd, Jackson Conference Center rooms 101 & 107. We will have guest speakers presenting about Renewable Energy and Environmental issues. Please see the speaker list and times below for more information. There will also be a raffle for neat prizes! You must sign up in person to enter the raffle, but do not have to be present to win.

Earth Week is a global celebration of our Earth and the environment. Whether it be small things like picking up trash you see on your walk, planting some new saplings in your backyard, or even just taking a moment to appreciate the green beauty around you, all of your actions make up a big part of taking care of our planet.

Eid Celebration

 Celebrate Eid with us! Get creative with painting, glam up with henna, and sip on some delicious drinks! Join MSA on April 15 for some fun!

The purpose of the MSA club is to dismantle stereotypes about Islam, provide opportunities, and be a support system for Muslim Students.

Our mission is to provide a place for students and staff to meet, connect, and exchange ideas about Islam and the EvCC Muslim community.
