Why did you choose EvCC's Corporate & Continuing Education Center?
CCEC classes were offered close to my home and my work. They had the perfect schedule available for my needs. The rapid track option offered a simple enrollment process for all of the classes that I needed. I enrolled once and I was all set for the entire program.
Who helped you succeed at CCEC? What did that person(s) do to help you?
CCEC's operations team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had no issues when I needed help during enrollment time. The staff was always willing to work with me and was fully supportive - even after I graduated. All of my instructors were very knowledgeable too. The classes were very engaging, attractive, and challenging. There were good interaction and discussions between students and instructors in the classroom. That transfer of knowledge and experience is very important.
How have the skills you have learned at CCEC benefited you?
The Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificates have helped me advance my career. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate program especially broadened my perspective in performing my work at Boeing. It helped me to build and train my mindset to always look for process improvement in the work that I perform. The knowledge and skills that I gained in the classroom prepared me for real life experiences in my job.
What are your future plans/goals?
I am working on my second Master Degree in Automation at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. I am aiming to graduate in two years.
