Community Kitchen Club: Ukrainian Spring Dinner

We're planning this dinner around foods from Ukraine. Come learn to cook from scratch with us! $5 suggested donation.

Ukrainian Spring Dinner Menu:

• Borscht (beet soup)
• Pelmeni (dumplings)
• Cabbage rolls
• Olivier potato salad
• Pampushky (Ukrainian garlic bread)
• Sochniki (sweet cheese cookies)

The purpose of the Community Kitchen Club is to promote home cooking and community building with an emphasis on inclusion, sustainability, and healthful eating. To provide a place for people who like to cook or want to learn to cook to come together to share knowledge and learn new skills, and to raise awareness of the nutritional, economic, and environmental benefits of learning to cook from scratch.
