An employment facilitator is an education and career specialist who assists, coaches, and empowers you to reach your goals.
How can an employment facilitator help me?
The employment facilitator will help you get started with the college, provide support to ensure classroom success and assist the transition to employment.
- During your education: Facilitators provide job readiness support and resources through classroom visits and one-on-one meetings. They can also help you find an internship.
- Transition to employment: Facilitators help with resume preparation, mock interviews, job leads and employer connections.
