The Business Technology ATA degree prepares students for a wide variety of office support careers. Office support personnel use technology and research tools, produce documents, maintain files, greet visitors, schedule appointments and meetings, and arrange conference calls. The ability to think critically, take initiative, and communicate effectively with diverse populations are required skills to be successful in these careers.
