Short Bio about our guest speakers:

Brangien Davis is Crosscut's arts and culture editor. Prior to Crosscut, she was the arts and culture editor at Seattle magazine, and has contributed cultural profiles, previews, and essays to the Seattle Times, Lit Hub, City Arts, Arcade, and Ampersand. In addition, she has been a scholar-in-residence at Town Hall Seattle, an editorial manager at Amazon, founded the literary magazine, Swivel, and taught creative writing and journalism.

Daniel Spils is a musician, producer, writer, tech consultant, and head of Spils Consulting. Daniel was one of the co-founders of the social networking  website, 43 things, as well as the former product manager for personalization and automation at Amazon. In another life, Daniel was keyboardist and member of the Seattle band, Maktub. 

Kevin Ellis is currently Head of Design and Research at Amazon Photos. A graduate of California College of the Arts, Kevin has been the creative director for Thank You, Nokia, and Adobe Systems.
