Black History Month

Everett Community College's 2024 Black History Month events celebrate this year’s theme of “African Americans & The Arts.” Join us for cultural festivities including: food, captivating arts, educational programs, community building, and inclusive spaces for all students, faculty, staff, admin, and campus community to learn and enjoy. Together we will honor the profound impact of African and African American contributions throughout history and today. Open to all EvCC students, faculty, staff, admins, and campus community. Snacks and light refreshments will be available.

February 7th - Scholarships & Conversations workshop, “How to Apply for the EvCC Foundation Scholarship and other cultural/identity based scholarships”, 12:00pm, LRC 211. In partnership with the Writing Center, PTK Honor Society, TRiO, International Education, and the EvCC Foundation

February 7th - Black student event planning, “Supporting Black Students to Stay & Complete School”, 3:00 – 4:00pm, via virtual meeting
