Board of Trustees
A Board of Trustees governs Everett Community College. Meetings occur on the third Tuesday of each month, except August and December, and are open to the public.
Office of the President
Campus Safety, Security, and Emergency Management
Provides services and information to students, employees, and visitors in the areas of safety, security, parking, transportation, maps and directions, designated smoking areas, and motorist assistance.
Campus Operations
Oversees bookstore, cafe, campus safety, security and parking, facilities and grounds, and conference services.
College Financial Services
Provides financial and budgeting services to the campus community.
Corporate & Workforce Training
Provides industry training, professional development, and employment solutions through the Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing Careers, and the Corporate & Continuing Education Center. Offers college credit for high school students through College in the High School.
ctcLink @ EvCC
The ctcLink project is the implementation of a single, centralized system of online functions to give students, faculty, and staff anytime, anywhere access to a modern, efficient way of doing their college business

EvCC Foundation
Provides financial support for college programs, services, equipment, scholarships, and capital improvements. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
Human Resources
Plans, develops, implements and evaluates Human Resource practices.
Technology Services
Provides services and resources to support the technology needs of the campus for instruction and administration.
Instruction Office
Plans, develops, implements and evaluates quality instructional programming and services for the college, including supervision of all faculty, staff, and administrators in instructional areas.
Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Development
Oversees strategic planning, development of grants and gathering and assessment of detailed information on the College through Institutional Research to promote student success.
Student Services
Oversees the Behavioral Intervention Team, Center for Disability Services, Enrollment Management, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, Housing, Intercollegiate Athletics, Marketing and Communications, Outreach and High School Programs, Student Conduct, Student LIFE, Testing Center, Veterans Resource Center, and Workforce Funding.
Equity and Social Justice Division
The Equity and Social Justice Division provides institutional leadership on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Everett University Center 
The University Center's mission is to develop and distribute bachelor's and master's degree programs to the region of north Snohomish, Island and Skagit counties. Partner universities offer courses and degree programs through the University Center.
