ctcLink and Business Analyst/Process Improvement

The ctcLink and Business Analyst/Process Improvement team provides the management and support for ctcLink security and analysis and improvement assistance for business processes. 

ctcLink Account Management

  • Onboarding and Offboarding employee accounts based on job role(s) which includes  User Defined Preferences (UPD) in Finance (FSCM) pillar and Student Access Control Record (SACR) in Campus Solutions (CS) pillar for second level security access to data in the ctcLink system.
  • Manage security access, account changes, and updates in the ctcLink system.
  • Information regarding role security as it relates to job processes that are managed in the ctcLink system.
  • Security Audits.
  • Troubleshooting ctcLink user account and application access.
  • Manage SBCTC provided shared processing accounts.

ctcLink College Leaders

  • Serve as primary point of contact with SBCTC for all ctcLink matters
  • Participate in prioritizing requests for ctcLink system changes
  • Coordinate all local efforts related to ctcLink including distribution of communications

Business Analyst/Process Improvement

  • Troubleshooting ctcLink business process issues
  • Lead ad-hoc, cross-departmental change/process improvement teams
  • Translate business requirements into understandable business procedures
