Zoom Voting Letter-Writing Party!
Community Kitchen Club's first event of the quarter will be a joint event with the SEA Club (Students for Environmental Action.) We will be writing letters to encourage people to vote in the upcoming Presidential election.
The two organizations we are doing this through are
You can pick either organization. The Sierra Club letters are focusing on mobilizing environmental voters and therefore are not nonpartisan. If you are not comfortable with that, Vote Forward's letters are nonpartisan and simply meant to encourage voting, regardless of political party.
Please sign up 24 hours in advance in order to make sure you have the letters in time for our event.
If you need stamps, the stamps for the letters will be provided by the SEA club. Please email lwild@everettcc.edu (Laura, our club advisor) for more information regarding getting stamps!
