Stress Free? Let's Origami!

Do you remember the first time you folded a paper airplane? Origami is a peaceful, stress relieving craft that is not just for children and can also be used as a way to enhance mindfulness for people of all ages.

As part of our Center of Wellness activities, Student LIFE Programs Board presents you a relaxing crafting session where you can learn more about Origami, make your own origami models with detailed instructions and examples provided, decorate your handmade cards to dear friends and family, and chat with your peers while enjoying FREE snacks and drinks. All crafting supplies will be provided. Come and join us on Tuesday, April 16th @12-1:30pm in GWH 370.
