The Diversity & Equity Center - Back to School 2024 events!

Join us on Wednesday, Sept. 25th from 11:00 - 12:00pm in the EvCC Parks Student Union Cafeteria for a concert featuring the Caribbean-American duo ABSTRCTN, alongside Boss Baby, and DJ Streets of Pitch Black Entertainment. Enjoy a blend of R&B and trap music with unforgettable vibes!

In honor of Hispanic / Latinx Heritage, we invite you to our Baile Folklorico Workshop on Wednesday, Sept. 25th from 1:00 - 3:00pm in the Jackson Conference Center. Join us as we will have special guests from  Danza Monarcas, a Seattle-based dance troupe transforming traditional Mexican and Latine dances with an LGBTQ+ focus. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided! Let's get back to class in style with a blend of music and culture!

Both events are open to all EvCC students, faculty, staff, admin, and campus community.
