Comfort Treats

The Art Club is thrilled to invite students to Comfort Treats, a creative, cozy gathering on Tuesday, November 12, from 2-4 pm. Held in the Trojan Annex (across from Student LIFE, PSU) this free event offers a unique chance to warm up with hot cocoa, indulge in delicious pastries, and get crafty with your very own sketchbook decorating station.

Comfort Treats is designed to bring people together for a fun, relaxed afternoon. Attendees will have access to a hot cocoa station with all the toppings, as well as an assortment of sweet treats and pastries perfect for the season. Alongside these refreshments, participants can personalize their sketchbooks with a variety of decorating materials provided by the Art Club. Whether you're an experienced artist or just enjoy a bit of DIY, this event is a fantastic opportunity to express yourself creatively.

“We wanted to create an event that combines the comfort of sweet treats with the joy of making art. It’s all about taking a break, getting cozy, and being part of our creative community.”

The purpose of the Art Club is to promote the love, passion, and enjoyment of art and to enrich and inspire our members through the social activity of sharing art. Our mission is to provide a place for art lovers to meet, connect, and exchange ideas and to give members opportunities through attending galleries, museums, art making events, building connections, and having discussions to learn about art.
