Gain human resources management skills. Complete your certificate in as little as six months with a rapid track program or complete at your own pace within three years. A total of 102 hours of coursework is required to earn the certificate. Classes may also be taken separately.

Sequence

  1. HR Essentials class is the foundation class and prerequisite for all other required classes.
  2. Take Employment Law, Talent Management, Managing Employee Performance, and Total Rewards in any order after HR Essentials.
  3. Take HR Systems and Metrics second to last of the required classes.
  4. The HR Capstone class should be taken as your last required class.
  5. Electives may be taken in any desired sequence, before, during, or after your required classes.
