Gain human resources management skills. Complete your certificate in as little as six months with a rapid track program or complete at your own pace within three years. A total of 102 hours of coursework is required to earn the certificate. Classes may also be taken separately.

Sequence
- HR Essentials class is the foundation class and prerequisite for all other required classes.
- Take Employment Law, Talent Management, Managing Employee Performance, and Total Rewards in any order after HR Essentials.
- Take HR Systems and Metrics second to last of the required classes.
- The HR Capstone class should be taken as your last required class.
- Electives may be taken in any desired sequence, before, during, or after your required classes.
