eLearning Student Complaint Procedures

Everett Community College is a public post-secondary education institution accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities .  Students enrolled at EvCC are subject to the College's official policies and procedures as described in the Student Rights and Responsibilities handbook . These policies and procedures outline student responsibilities for conduct and academic integrity, as well as internal complaint and grievance procedures.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with any of EvCC's online courses or programs, please first contact the eLearning department so that we may help you find a satisfactory resolution. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may refer you to a Dean or to the office of Instruction and Student Services. Students who have further questions about EvCC's student grievance procedures, or who wish to file a formal complaint, should contact the office of the Vice President of Instruction and Student Services, 425-388-9215.

The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) has authority to investigate student complaints against specific schools. WSAC may not be able to investigate every student complaint. Visit the WSAC student complaints page for information regarding the WSAC complaint process.
