Maintenance Department

The EvCC Maintenance staff is responsible for the continuing upkeep of the college's approximately 950,000 square feet of commercial buildings.  This upkeep includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, engineering, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.  The maintenance staff also paints and refurbishes these spaces on an ongoing basis, and performs preventative maintenance on all building systems.  As many of the EvCC buildings are more than 50 years old, the maintenance staff has much to do, all year long
