Individual Mentoring

Interested in individual mentoring?

Everett Community College’s individual mentoring program kicks off with training on Friday, September 30, 2017.

Mentoring is an opportunity for professional development for both the mentor and the mentee, or protégé.
Mentoring is not counseling, and it’s not coaching. The focus is on professional development.

At EvCC, individual mentoring participants should be full time employees, employed here for at least one year. There’s an annual training and quarterly meetings, along with the time you spend with your mentor/protégé.
