Healing Through Spoken Word

Calling all performers! Have you got a talent that is waiting to be listened to by everyone? Well now is
your chance to shine at EvCC’s Open Mic! On Thursday, May 2 nd from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in TBD,
students will have an opportunity to share their talent of spoken word, sharing poetry. With five minuets
of air time for each, we will provide the stage and you will provide the talent. Sign up in the student LIFE
at PSU 209 by April 29 th ! Hurry though because space is limited, and sign-ups are on a first come first
serve basis. Even if you don’t have a talent to share, come for a healing performance to empower students
through their personal poetry and enjoy the show!
