Empower Your Journey with Candace Olusola

Hey Trojans! Have you ever experienced a sense of not being welcomed or felt a lack of belonging in your environment? Take this chance to check out “Empower Your Journey” with Candace Olusola. Learn more about self-potential and positive change along with how to identify and dismantle unconscious bias.

The Trojan Activities Board is excited to extend an invitation for an engaging discussion with Candace Olusola! As a member of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) task force of the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy, Candace Olusola uses her background to help students develop a toolkit to unveil unconscious bias in race, gender, sexuality, and ableism. She will then provide an implementable process to dismantle the unconscious bias, critically self-reflect, and have the confidence to become a catalyst for change on campus. As a certified life coach, content creator, and pharmacist, she imparts insightful wisdom drawn from her own life experiences and those of others. A Q&A session will be hosted at the end of the talk by Candace for any further questions.

Join us at Jackson Conference Center, room 101, on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, from 2 pm to 3:15 pm to learn more about self-potential and positive change.
