Scheduled power outage Sept. 7-8

There will be a scheduled power outage at Everett Community College in many buildings Saturday, Sept. 7 to Sunday, Sept. 8 to perform maintenance on campus. 

EvCC phones and voice mail will not work Sept. 7-8. If you need to contact an EvCC employee by phone, please call on Monday, Sept. 9.

Here’s the latest information about the power outage. Any changes will be communicated via email to all employees. 

The power outage will affect the following buildings: Olympus, Rainier, Parks, Baker, Graywolf, Pilchuck, Facilities, Shuksan, Whitehorse. There is a chance that Liberty and the Fitness Center may also lose power. All other buildings will continue to have power. 

Please do not enter buildings with no power to ensure safety. 

Key impacts if you are off campus:

• Access to campus services and resources should not be affected.
• You will not be able to call EvCC or leave voicemail for campus phone numbers.

Power and technology services are scheduled to be up and running by 7 a.m., Monday, Sept. 9.
