Finals Prep Study Session – A Mental Health Day Event with PTK
Take a well-deserved break and recharge at our Mental Health Day - Finals Prep event, hosted by Phi Theta Kappa! As finals week approaches, join us for a stress-free afternoon on Wednesday March 12 from 12:30-3pm in CAS 211 (Cascade Learning Resource Center) filled with free food, goodie bags, a calming documentary, and a supportive study space to help you prepare.
We'll be screening a Mental Health Special from BBC Worldwide, offering insights on managing stress and maintaining balance during high-pressure times. Enjoy catered Chipotle, grab a goodie bag packed with treats and essentials, and settle into a relaxing, welcoming environment designed to help you focus and unwind. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to study or just need a moment to reset, this event is for you!
This event is FREE for EvCC Students — come for the food, stay for the peace of mind!
