Glean Audio Notetaker
If you would like a license for Glean Audio Notetaker for the quarter, please fill out the Glean Sign-Up Form. You must be approved for Lecture Capture Support accommodations to sign up. This needs to be done each quarter. After you set up your Glean Account, and watch their introduction video, you can watch additional video tutorials to understand more about how to use it effectively.
Smart Pens & Audio Recorders
Recorders and SmartPens available for check out will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis starting the beginning of each quarter.
The equipment needs to be renewed at the end of each quarter and returned before summer break.
If your loaned equipment is damaged or lost, please let the CDS Office know. You may be liable for a replacement charge for lost items and an extenuating circumstances appeal may be completed, if applicable.
Loaned SmartPens and audio recorders follow the same procedures as all CDS Equipment Loans.
Recording Agreement
Just as a heads up, some instructors may require you to fill out a Recording Agreement. They will let you know that they require this when you meet with them about your accommodation letter. This can be found in AccessPortal, under "Instructor Agreements".
