Summer Internship Housing

Everett Community College, located only 29 miles north of Seattle, is a beautiful campus nestled between the Cascade Mountain Range and Puget Sound. Having recently opened two brand new buildings, Student Housing is excited to offer short term housing to non-EvCC students participating in an area summer internship.

Eligibility

To be eligible for summer intern housing, applicants may be asked to provide the following: 

  1. Documentation from the summer employer confirming the internship and dates of employment.
  2. Proof of enrollment at another institution of higher education, such as a transcript (unofficial is acceptable) or class schedule from the previous or upcoming term.
  3. Name and contact information for someone at the internship site for any potential questions or concerns.

Two weeks prior to arrival on campus. 

Available Date Range

Summer Internship Housing for College Students - Please include an accurate date range for your requested dates of stay on the student housing application. Pending space availability, rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Housing information for interns will be sent 5-7 business days after receipt of a completed application. 

Housing Accommodations 

Mountain View Hall. Opened in Fall 2016, this building features fully private rooms, private bathrooms, and a kitchenette with a miniature fridge and microwave. Shared kitchens with an oven and stovetop are available on each floor. Photos and more information.

Cedar Hall. Opened in Fall 2017, this building features 3 and 4-bedroom apartments with private bedrooms. Living spaces, Kitchens, and Bathrooms are shared with 2-3 roommates. Photos and more information.

Rates and Fees (Due prior to move-in)

Rent Calculated per diem. Please contact Housing@everettcc.edu with your move-in and move-out dates for a quote.
Damage Deposit (paid once, refundable) $200.00
Administrative Fee (paid once, non-refundable) $300.00
Application Fee (Paid once, non-refundable) $200.00

Payment must be made in-person at the cashier's office upon move-in.
