Parking Permits Required at EvCC
Parking permits are required for everyone parking at EvCC year-round, and there is no assigned parking. This includes students taking classes and labs on campus, employees working on campus, visitors, and those in student housing. A current parking permit must be displayed while parked in campus lots at all times either hanging from the mirror face out or on the dashboard face up in front of the steering. Permits must be completely visible for enforcement to determine current quarter and status is being displayed to avoid being cited.
- Students may purchase a quarterly permit or an hourly visitor permit.
- Staff and faculty may purchase a quarterly permit or a staff annual permit (which covers July 2024 - June 2025), or an hourly visitor permit.
- Visitors may purchase an hourly visitor permit.

How to Get Your Quarterly Parking Permit
1. Register for class.
After registering for at least one class (not on the waitlist), you’ll be able to purchase your permit the next business day. (No need to register for a class if you are a faculty or staff member.)
2. Pay for your permit.
To pay online with a credit or debit card:
First register your vehicle. Go to https://everettcc.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal and select Get Permits. Select EvCC Login. Enter the username and password that you use for Canvas and campus computers. Forgot your password? Reset yours here. Enter your vehicle information and mailing address where your permit will be sent. Then, check out.
To pay with cash, check or other forms of payment:
Go to the Cashiers Office in Parks Student Union, room 201, during business hours; check in at least 30 minutes before the office closes. When you get there, check in at the cashiers kiosk and select Other, then Other again.
3. Get your temporary permit.
- If you paid online, your temporary permit will be available at the end of your transaction. Click on Print Temporary Permit and you are done.
- If you paid in person, take your receipt to the Security Office. From the Cashiers Office, take a left, take the next right, go past the coffee stand and out the exterior door, turn to your right, and enter the Security door labeled Parks 226. Show your receipt, and a Security staff member will register your vehicle, create your permit order and print you a temporary permit.
Be sure to display the temporary permit on the dashboard in front of steering wheel.
4. Display your permanent parking permit in your vehicle.
You will receive your permanent parking permit in two to three weeks in the mail. Display it on your rearview mirror face out and recycle your temporary permit. If you do not receive your permit two weeks after you paid, contact the Security Office at oasecurity@everettcc.edu or 425-388-9990.
