Welcome Week: Free AMTEC Information Session

Everett Community College's Advanced Manufacturing Training & Education Center (AMTEC) is a one-of-a-kind 54,000-square-foot training center where students learn to use the latest manufacturing technologies Programs include manufacturing pre-employment, precision machining, mechatronics, welding and fabrication, composites, and engineering tech (CAD).

At the free, one-hour info session, tour the facility, learn about the programs, hear career snapshots and get started on your next steps for registration.

Let's Taco 'Bout Careers in the Humanities

The Humanities Pathway is hosting a lunchtime event May 29 for students studying the humanities. Julie Ziegler, chief executive officer of Humanities Washington, will be on hand to provide career advice and speak on how humanities course work prepares students for a wide variety of jobs.

The event will take place in WHI 248 from noon to 1:30 p.m. A free taco lunch will be included for those who attend. For any questions, please contact Jo-Ann Sickles at jsickles@everettcc.edu.

SEA Club Plant Sale

Brighten up your space, or liven up your garden with SEA Club's student grown house and garden plants! Plants include: Christmas Cactus, Marigolds, Tomatoes, Basil and more! Proceeds go to supporting SEA Club, club donations are also accepted.

SEA is all about promoting environmental awareness and having fun while learning about current sustainability initiatives.

Ramadan Event

The Muslim Student Association (MSA) invites you to learn about Islam and show support to Muslim students at the Ramadan Event featuring Imam Abdirahman Kariye, as the speaker. Learn about Ramadan, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and Women's Rights in Islam. Enjoy FREE gyros and get your questions answered at the Q&A session following the presentation.

The Muslim Student Association's goal is to provide opportunities for Muslim people and American people to share culture and ideas through a variety of activities.
