Science and Engineering Outreach - fun science and engineering activities for 5th graders and scientists of all ages

EvCC Science and Engineering Students Poster Presentations
                1:00 - 4:00pm - Inside Jackson center

Movie on the Lawn - Ft. Captain Marvel

Congratulations EvCC students and staff - we've reached the end of the 2018-19 academic year! Celebrate with your friends and family by attending the FREE showing of the hit movie Captain Marvel (rated PG-13) at this year's Movie on the Lawn!

The showing begins at 9pm in Jackson Center due to inclement weather. Chairs will be provided but feel free to bring your own blanket. If you’re feeling hungry, stop by the concessions stand to buy some snacks or customize a bag of popcorn with the provided toppings – all proceeds go to EVCC athletic scholarships! 

Spring Gathering

First Nations Club invites you to their Spring Gathering! Enjoy FREE food, friends, drumming, learn Native American crafts and culture, and take a FREE polaroid photo!

The First Nations club is designed to promote unity and community among the various Indigenous American groups here on campus. As a club we provide support with personal, educational, and community oriented goals while enriching each member’s knowledge on various First Nations’ customs and beliefs.

Spring Fling Carnival Club Fest

The school year is almost over Trojans! Enjoy the sunny weather and the end of the quarter by stopping by this year’s Spring Fling Carnival on Thursday, May 23rd, from 11am-1pm. In the Bill Deller Plaza, enjoy live music from the band The Burgeoning - an Indie Pop band hailing from the greater Philadelphia region who deliver an eclectic, lively, and dance-inducing vibe. Then pick up a souvenir from the Airbrush Team, who will be doing custom airbrush art on drawstring backpacks, also located in the Bill Deller Plaza.

Healing Through Spoken Word

Calling all performers! Have you got a talent that is waiting to be listened to by everyone? Well now is
your chance to shine at EvCC’s Open Mic! On Thursday, May 2 nd from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in TBD,
students will have an opportunity to share their talent of spoken word, sharing poetry. With five minuets
of air time for each, we will provide the stage and you will provide the talent. Sign up in the student LIFE
at PSU 209 by April 29 th ! Hurry though because space is limited, and sign-ups are on a first come first

Pre-Med Club is hosting the Mental Health Festival to help improve your mental health and relax. Stop by and get pamphlets, prizes, games, tea & advice from the Community Health Center!
