Instructional Council
The Instructional Council is a permanent college body organized to review and make recommendations to the Vice President of Instruction and the President regarding the college curriculum and programs of study.
The Council ensures that curricula serve students in accordance with their academic and professional goals, the Strategic Plan, industry needs, and state and federal compliance.

Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Committee
The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Committee is charged with outlining the college’s approach to strategic enrollment management, and leading the creation and execution of enrollment strategies. The SEM Committee is responsible for defining how the College measures enrollment, and building the strategies that will impact the enrollment goals.

Guided Pathways Committee
The Guided Pathways Steering Committee promotes cross-campus engagement and purposeful action around institutional reform, disaggregated data analysis, and redesign of the student experience. To that end, the committee is responsible for developing, promoting, funding and/or making recommendations about policies, instructional pilots, advising initiatives, student supports, progress monitoring and other activities that foster whole institution adoption of equity-minded Guided Pathways essential practices.

Technology Advisory Group
The Technology Advisory Group (TAG)
- Evaluates current technology and supplemental requirements being used on campus prior to purchase, especially if it is technology that has college-wide impact
- Ensures collaboration and representation from across campus in regards to how funds are allocated and to assess technology needs campus-wide
- Evaluates software for accessibility compliance, security best-practices, and alignment to equity
- Evaluates new and existing technology and see if they meet campus-wide needs or overlaps with other departments on campus
- Evaluates and recommend Technology Policy to Campus Council
- Inventories current campus technology available to campus

Equity and Social Justice Committee

The Equity and Social Justice Committee is a standing committee of Everett Community College’s Campus Council which takes action on issues of equity and social justice at EvCC. The E&SJ Committee contributes to EvCC’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values by making recommendations in support of the execution of the College’s Strategic Plan. Using an antiracist framework, the purpose of the committee is to liaise with Campus Council and existing committees to analyze where EvCC can make improvements in serving disproportionately impacted students, faculty, and staff, including but not limited to those who are marginalized by race, financial hardship, prior academic experiences, or other historically underserved identities.

Budget Advisory Group
The Budget Advisory Group (BAG) was established as an advisory body to the President and a voting member of the EvCC Campus Council. The BAG is broadly representative of EvCC personnel that develops, innovates, makes recommendations, and communicates about budget and finance-related matters to EvCC leadership, personnel, and the broader community, and supplementary to the College Financial Services Division.

Faculty Senate
The Everett Community College Faculty Senate and Council aim to provide an organizational structure in which faculty can discuss issues of importance to them, try to reach consensus on those issues and make recommendations to the administration on non-contractual matters that affect instruction and/or the campus environment. The Faculty Senate and Council will also promote and improve communications and mutual understanding between faculty and the administration of the College, as well as with students and staff.

Student Senate & ASB Executive Council
The Student Senate is an entirely student-run and student-focused group that aims to represent the Everett Community College Associated Student Body (ASB). The up to thirty senators comprising the Senate represent the ASB by functioning as the voting body for budget requests coming out of student-paid fees, serving on appointment review committees, and/or targeted goal committees that aim to make specific and timely improvements to the campus environment. The Senate is chaired by the ASB President and managed by the four other Executive Council members, also known as the Vice Presidents.
