Club Council meetings are designed to allow clubs to network with other clubs, share ideas and information and plan the quarterly Club Fest. Your attendance at Club Council meetings will provide you with information about Club Fest, fundraising ideas, project proposals and funding subject to affirmative vote of the Council members (quorum), and policies and procedures. The ASB Vice President of Clubs organizes and chairs Club Council meetings.

ASB Senate Meeting |

Open to all EvCC students, The Associated Student Body (ASB) Senate Meetings are held in Gray Wolf Hall, Room 166/168 and virtually from 2:30-4:30pm. The ASB Senate meets to discuss student issues and concerns at both the college and state level, as well as conduct business which includes the student budget proposals, reports on the college and Senate committee work, and provide feedback to the College Administration. Come provide input, share concerns, and gain valuable leadership skills, while enhancing your resume, college and scholarship applications. If you would like to become an ASB Student Senator, you must meet the minimum requirements & complete the "self-elect" process:

Malcolm X Day Celebration |

For Malcolm X Day this year, we have decided to celebrate Black excellence with our Black Student Union students, graduates and alumni. We will be welcoming Ilyasah Shabazz as we celebrate the life and legacy of her father, Malcolm X. This event has been put together to celebrate African and African American student achievement, but is open to students, faculty, staff, administrators and campus community of all cultures/identities. Bike Everywhere Month is hosted by Cascade Bicycle Club across the entire region, and filled with commuting challenges for individuals and teams, events such as Bike to School Day and Bike Bashes, and the annual “Bike Everywhere Day” (formerly “Bike to Work Day”) held on the third Friday of May.
