Charting a Path Forward to Equity
The strategic plan , adopted in December 2021, formally recognizes equity as the heart of Everett Community College's work.
EvCC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan is integrated with the college’s strategic plan and reflects EvCC’s commitment to action to lead with racial equity, consistent with the vision of our State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC). This integrated plan meets the requirements of SB 5194
and 5227.
The plan outlines how we choose to hold ourselves accountable for ensuring student success and meeting the needs of our region. It includes four strategic priorities designed to fulfill the college’s institutional mission: Belonging, Student Ready, Sustainability, and Career-Connected.
Executing EvCC's Wildly Important Goal
Everett Community College will close all 3-year completion or transfer opportunity gaps by 2027. That is our Wildly Important Goal.
EvCC employees from every department and program are working together to implement the Strategic Plan by executing the Wildly Important Goal.
